Summer Programs

The summer programs focus on key areas of mathematics through one-on-one online sessions. Students can strengthen foundations, prepare for courses, or explore new ideas.

Calculus Program

Math Study Essentials

A focused introduction to the central ideas and methods of calculus. Students explore how limits provide the foundation for understanding change, how derivatives describe rates of change and slopes, and how integrals can be used to measure accumulation and area.

The program emphasizes the connections between these ideas rather than treating them as separate techniques. Students work through examples and problems that help them understand when and why different methods are useful, while developing the mathematical reasoning needed to approach calculus with greater confidence.

Math Reasoning Program

Network Diagram

A program focused on the thinking and problem-solving skills that underlie mathematics. Students work with logical arguments, patterns, mathematical structures, and carefully chosen problems that require more than the direct application of a familiar formula.

The program encourages students to break unfamiliar problems into manageable parts, identify useful information, test possible approaches, and explain why their solutions work. Through this process, students develop stronger mathematical reasoning, clearer communication, and greater confidence when facing challenging or unfamiliar questions.
